About Us

North Point Homes is a privately owned and operated home building company, founded by three building industry veterans. We focus on the unique needs of those living in the Tampa Bay Area.  Over the past ten years, the owners of North Point Homes have successfully completed more than 30 developments, representing over 1000 single-family homes, condominiums, and town-homes.  Their impressive track record is the result of attracting top design, and partnering with purchasing and construction professionals whose goals are consistent with the company’s philosophy.  

In 2015, the owners decided to combine their extensive building knowledge and experience in order to become one of the most sought after builders in the Tampa market.  We specialize in building single-family homes in established residential settings throughout the Tampa Bay Area.  Since its inception, North Point's goal has been to build a quality home that features upgraded building materials as a standard and provide exceptional service to each customer.

We at North Point understand that it is important to have your own space, yet to also have a sense of community, which we believe you will find in our homes.  We want to provide you with a home where you can create memories, build relationships and relax.

We are a system oriented company that has implemented a 5-step internal inspection and quality assurance process.  However, as a growing company we are constantly evaluating and improving our processes.  And with our online software program we are able to effectively manage schedules, design changes, purchase orders and communication with our subcontractors and customers right at our finger tips, all as an added value to our customers.

Value Engineering and Design

 At North Point Homes, we believe in building a home that maximizes it's function while minimizing cost, which generates the greatest value for our customers. Therefore, our designers carefully consider all aspects of the project when making value engineering decisions in the following areas:

 

  • Cost reduction: suggestions of alternatives to specified building materials or systems. 
  • Value added: higher quality products that will increase value for the customer and overall satisfaction with their home. 
  • Life-cycle Analysis: options that work to create balance between the initial construction costs of the home and the long-term investment of the customer.
  • Maintainability: recommendations of systems and products that will reduce maintenance costs over the lifespan of the home.
