On Your Lot Builds
The Morris Plan! A beautiful single-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 3 car garage. We partnered with our client to add in upgrades like built-in speakers, vinyl plank and tile flooring, outdoor kitchen with covered lanai, and a tile roof. This home is also built higher to comply with the FEMA flood zone map.
